Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo - fresh, spicy and zesty. Great with just chips. Throw it on top of grilled chicken, a salad, your eggs in the morning, or on top of avocado toast.

This is such an easy way to eat cilantro - an antioxidant. It is also known to lower cholesterol and blood pressure while helping build strong bones, teeth and hair. These are just a few of the many health benefits Cilantro carries!

Ingredients:

4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 small white or red onion, or 1/2 large, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, minced
juice of 1-2 limes
salt

Directions:

Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Taste and season to your liking!
