Baked Fries

Baked Fries

It is a tragedy when potato wedges come out of the oven, soggy and unassuming. Boooooo.

After quite some time baking these puppies, I think this recipe is it.

Ingredients:

3-4 russet potatoes, sliced in half, then each half in six
olive oil
salt and pepper
your favorite seasoning (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

Place the potato wedges on a sheet pan and drizzle with a good amount of olive oil. Season with your favorite seasoning if you like (Old Bay is a yummy one). If not, just add salt and pepper. Toss together.

Line the wedges so that they aren't touching or overlapping (overlapping causes sogginess).

Bake for about 25 minutes (flipping if you need to). They should be perfectly golden brown and crisp on the edges. Enjoy!
